so tommy elphick villas 1st new signing 3 million bid accepted only played 12 games last year down to injury don't not a lot about him his been with bournmouth since league 1 and only has a year on his deal left. what do we think folks?

I don't really know much about him, but he is their club captain so he's a leader and we really need those, would also like to see caulker and Matt Philips in our great shirts, but don't think qpr will sell to what maybe a rival for them.

He is highly thought of at Bournemouth and many fans voicing their dissatisfaction that he is potentially leaving on Twitter. From what I've heard he is a very good Championship CB but probably lacks the pace and guile to make it in the Premierleague, a better version of Baker I suspect, which isn't entirely bad if you ask me.

Bournmouth didn't want him to leave so the decision was the players. Great signing first up. Whether he is made captain or not he is a leader and a proven success in the championship.

And according to Birmingham Mail, Petrov is attempting a comeback to professional football with Aston Villa.

Richardson, N'Zogbia, Donacien and Kinsella have all been released.
