If he does sell I hope he doesn't sell just for the sake of it to get rid quick like Lerner did, if he cares bout villa he should sell to some1 who has good intentions an has the wealth to take us forward.

Surely if 1 player Jack Grealish is worth 30 million, villa as a whole club should be getting 60 million? Does selling Grealish before a takeover is done devalue Aston Villa if he's worth 30 million?
