Dont shoot, I'll hold my hands up I was one of the (Bruce stays) clan, but now my eyes have been opened
He has to go asap it hasn't worked for him I think football has moved on,
Question is, who do we get in
Problem is, Bruce will here until the international break which means is he gets a win will that changes owners minds just a taught.

I think his days are now numbered, and I feel he knows it - It's gone beyond a joke now, and let's be honest we haven't really played anybody of note! I dread to think what Boro, West Brom, Leeds, Derby, Swansea etc would do to us under Bruce.

He has lost the fans and by the looks of it, the dressing room. I'd like to think we will have a new manager in place come the end of the international break.

In his post match interview he used the phrase “I will battle on until I’m told otherwise”. Not the words of a manager with the backing of the board or the dressing room. Shouldn’t be a battle should it?

Most will agree he has to go at this point, but what happened at the end of the game was disgusting and way out of line, SB got us away from the bottom of the table and although he doesn't have it in him to get us up. He deserves some respect from the villa supporters, after all its not like the job is an easy one over the past few years.

i liked brucey, the main thing his name that should go with his his time at the villa, is that the players re established a positive link with the fans, all around the club, there developed a feel good attitude. shame it never lasts, but that's football looking at previous holders of the job, the likes of o'leary, lambert, di matteo, and that french bloke, that nobody had ever heard of. we have to be careful what and who, we wish for lambert was a popular choice at the time, people loved the way norwich played under him, and expected to see the same plying style brought with him. we all know what happened of course, but on the list of suspects there are names like moyes, pearson mccarthy, allardyce, pardew, some of these possibles have had enough clubs to fill a golf bag! i hope villa don't just play safe, i hope they hire an individual who has a firm idea of how football should be played, many people forget football is part of the entertainment industry. we've not been entertained since taylors time. the board needs to be bold. don't just go with the safe easy way out if they do go for an allardyce type figure we'll be in this division as long as forest have been sorry if i've bored you all, but its what i think from the heart vtid.
