I would just like to make a point here.
Before you guys start saying, you said I said crap, I hold my hands up and admit I did support Deano.
It has become very clear that I was wrong in this instance, and that our players and Manager are not up too the task.
From the posts I have read, it is obvious that most who supported Deano have also thrown in the towel.
There are also guys on here who did not want Deano in the first place, but accepted the fact we had him so they supported him.
I name Daz as one of those people, and I take my hat off too him for the support he has given Deano, that support has also now gone.
What I will say is that I will always give someone a chance, the chance to put your marker down, and the time to do it in.
I am afraid that chance, has come and gone, and so has my faith.
Time and time again we get the same system, formation, patterns, too deep, too open, and above all school boy errors, sloppy passing.
Nothing is ever done to correct it.
So for me enough is enough, bring on the kids.

Cheers Dave it's a bitter pill to swallow mate and like you backed him after all he is one of us and always will be but I'm afraid there is no sentiments in football no more and the fact of the matter is our saviour Average Jack is also looking like he has given up the fight (Sorry Chris) but for me he will have 3 good games and 3 bad a Decent player with a bit about him will perform constantly no qualms at all his head has been turned and he will be gone. I would start Barry up top with Samatta Saturday Davies done jack poo when he came on bit of pace and a bit raw that's what we need. But again Dave I'll doubt mate we will see this. Its not over till the fat lady sings but I bet she has her water ready for gargling.

No problem Daz, I would go Barry and Samatta as well.
Faced with our dilemma, we have to go for it, how many times can you put your faith in players who under perform.

Dave great points, I watched last night on sky and apart from the first five minutes, I don't think I saw a single positive, like you said sloppy school boy errors and this has become a regular occurrence. The players and manager don't appear to give a fudge, if they did they would do something about it. I don't know what we do for the remaining games. I agree bring in the under 23 lads, however with deanos tactics it could dent their confidence and in some cases could send them backwards, put a couple on the bench and get them ready for next year . If I was picking the team for Saturday Nyland konsa right back, he has speed and can't possibly defend any worse than Freddie or elmo. (remember tuanzabe) . Engels mings targett these three are all we have. Believe it or not I would give drinkwater a chance with Jack and marvelous in midfield elghasi samatta and Davies. Don't get me wrong it's not ideal, but we have to get away from Freddie Luiz Reina Elmo.

Scotty mate, I don`t get this dent their confidence thing.
When are they going to put our future on the stage.
When I was their age, it took a lot to dent my confidence, me and my mates came back stronger.
Anyway what if they won, would that not boost their confidence, why are people assuming they are going to lose.
Get them out there I say, let them get stuck in.

In most walks of life Dave, what dents confidence the most is not
being given the chance.
We’ve been banging on about giving the youngsters a chance for several weeks now. Nice to see that a few more are on board now.

Sadly Mark it ain't going to happen, as poor as we are Deano is not going to do anything different and that's why he has to go.

Absolutely Mark, and a very good point about not being given a chance.

Pochettino has an excellent track record of not only giving youngsters a chance, but most importantly getting the best out of them.
I just wonder if he saw the potential of some of our youngsters and realized how serious our owners are about investing ‘ big time ‘ in the Academy, if he could be persuaded to take the job on.
Probably not, but he is still unemployed so surely it’s got to be worth making an approach. He may just buy in to our owners 5-6 year plan.

Pochettino is another good shout, and he knows the prem.
Marcelino is another, plays 4-4-2 and in 10 years of management, only two seasons have his teams had a negative goal difference of -1
Both young fresh Managers with modern techniques.

I'd also agree and try this young winger all European clubs are looking at too.
