If Hogan and Davis play well together on Friday, look like they'd be unstoppable, what would you do if a Prem club came in with a £30M+ bid for Kodjia.? I'm just thinking of this FFP business and the Prem clubs with ridiculous amounts of money to spend and the window closing in a week's time? As a disclaimer, I'm not suggesting that we sell him, I'm asking what would you do?

That would leave us with Gabby and RHM, presuming we sell McCormack which seems likely. Neither of the two can stay fit for 5 minutes so we would be stupidly short in that department.

No. 100m if we get promoted. He will get 15-20 goals this year.

The ideal would be McCormack going for something like £8M, was thinking someone like Everton would be sniffing around Kodjia, if they sold Barkley. You've got to excuse me, I'm big on conspiracy theories, The Illuminati etc, it's just how I think. If I can put it another way, if Kodjia was to go for £30M+, who would you replace him with, taking into consideration that we couldn't spend all that money, I think we need some KingVilla mathematics to find out how much it could be? If McCormack was to go too, my suggestions would be Shane Long and Robbie Keane, if you're going like for like

Not been here for a while, plus I forgot my login details, to answer Allyp, we have to keep Kodjia as it's along hard season and if our strikers start scoring and tormenting defenders on regular basis you can bet your bottom dollar they are going to get injured, so yes no sale.

I agree with Chris, you can bet you bottom dollar they will be kicked and fouled on a regular basis

The interesting for me is we've won two games and already the vultures are circling Andre Green or its just poor journalism.

And I'd like to say hi to my fellow villains, use to be on this forum a few years back but forgot my login. UTV.

I agree with what you're saying, I'm just getting twitchy as we get closer to the window closing, and trying to come up with contingency plans for any variables that might happen. IMO Kodjia is made for the Prem, hope it is for us when we go up 👍🏻

Robbie Keane is a like for like replacement for Kodjia? Allyp mate your either off your rocker completely or living 10 years ago. To answer your question if we were to sell Kodjia for 30mil+ I'd go for Shane long, Forestieri, lassa Vibe - someone who can beat a man, that's Kodjias biggest strength. Dwight Gayle maybe.

Keane for McCormack as a like for like, as he is not an out and out striker, I was taking into account that we wouldn't have all of £30M+ to spend, maybe half of that, £15M for Long, Keane just wages. It's FFP again, the maths on the players you've mentioned Chris would be over £30M so back to square 1. If Keane doesn't do it for ya, how about Gary Hooper, wouldn't cost the earth, better than Gabby?

15million for Shane long? Don't think anyone would pay that even if they asked. Lassa Vibe has had bids of 4mil rejected quite recently so push that to 6, forestieri wanted to leave not so long ago and is temperamental, you dangle the carrot and he'll be handing in transfer requests, 10mil. Dwight Gayle would be the only one in which we'd probably be happy to pay over 10 for, even in today's market. Not really much point talking about it however because no ones left yet, Kodjia hasn't been linked away and he's crocked at the minute so don't worry too much.
