My predictions for the play offs,
Fulham v Middlesbrough
Villa v millwall
What do you fans think will be the line ups.

OK. I’ve put all the final six games into a spreadsheet for Villa, Fulham, Derby, Middlesborough, Bristol City, Sheff Utd, Millwall and Preston and predicted the scores (because I’m that sort of Anorak)

Whilst Millwall are winning consistently, Derby have a game in hand with the rearranged Cardiff fixture and, if you look at the run-ins for all the above, its difficult to call. When the dust clears after tomorrow, then there will be 6 games left, so 24 available points (27 for Derby) . Millwall have then got to play most of the other promotion-chasers (Bristol C, Sheff U, Fulham, Boro, Villa) whereas Preston’s run-in looks to give them more points potential. I think Middlesborough might falter, so my prediction is:

Villa v Derby
Fulham v Preston or Millwall

(though that does depend on Preston getting a point away at QPR)

Villa and Fulham to go up.

Eitherway, I don’t want to be drawn with Millwall as I would hate to be at The Den if we happen to knock them out of the play-off’s!

Yup, sorry Dave, Villa and Fulham to go up from the play-off's. Cardiff and Wolves going up automatically, Cardiff being 8 points clear of Fulham as we speak.

Nothing worse than messing up your own corrections. Villa in the final to beat Fulham . It's been a long weekend.
