Chris and Flackie you are at it again, stop rubbishing people`s views, you both get very personal at times, and sounds very distasteful.
Let people say their piece, without trashing what they are saying, if you don`t like it post your difference and have done with it.
You can say what you like about Bruce, he is undoubtedly a very nice man and good at/ with certain aspects of the game, but the fact remain he is very one dimensional, and that whichever way you look at it, is a fault in football management, good managers can change a game in more ways than one.
My thinking is, if we fail to go up this year, he should be relieved of his duties, and we should go for a manager who has an abundance of plans, can motivate, and plays the game as it should be played.
I agree with Oldvillan, Pluffy and Mainbob, we are not in the playoffs yet, there are several form teams around us that are looking very dangerous.
The way we are playing we are giving these teams confidence without us even kicking a bloody ball.

I think if the truth be known mate, most people have left the site because its not fun anymore, by that I mean jocking, puns, rib digging etc.
I have said it many times, bring back the posters from way back, it was good banter.
You could have a little dig here and there, all said tongue in cheek.
There are many posters on here who I do not agree with, but I never call names or belittle anyone for their opinion.
Like it or not mate that's how I see it.

Tthe recent views of mainbob, WTW oldvillian villadave. All practical passionate and relevant views most pointing to the shortcomings of the manager. If Bruce has the tactical nouse he would have shown this by now, as things are not improving things must change in order that we can get back to our rightful place. This is the message I have posted all season and I don't think things will change.

Hopeful, I have been reading different articles tonight, and its all over the net how villa fans feel about Bruce.
Brentfords Dean Smiths is being mentioned a lot, not sure I would do anything just yet.
Bruce has to change his way of thinking and be more cavalier.
