One of my concerns on Saturday is pennalties if needed.
We have several "old" players that will have to play 2 hours of football on a big pitch and come the refs whistle they then will have to take spot kicks.
These players have a lot of experience and quite a bit at Wembley but I hope that SB is programming pens after training to replicate two hours of play.
If you were playing would you relish taking pen 5 for the match?

Yep.
Would love to take the last pen.
Took all penalties for all the teams I played for, missed one and had one saved in nine years.
You can`t practice penalties, waste of time, no crowd no pressure what's the point in that.
You either can or you can`t take penalties.
I am not trying to sound smug, its just the way it is, england have always practiced pens, on that note I rest my case.

Pick your spot and stick to it, block out the crowd and it’s exactly the same as taking one on a training ground - but that’s easier said than done.
