It looks like many of the backroom staff will be elsewhere come July.
Should we now start to get rid of most from behind the scene and bring in fresh bodies?
Which of the existing management should be kept and which ones can we afford to keep?
They are all on good wages and no one is safe from the axe, management, ground staff or players.
Would a clean sheet/ start back to the beginning suit our AVFC?
Drastic actions have already been taken and others will follow and soon.
As we are AVFC and have some standing, just, we should be able to head hunt for younger imaginative coaches.
We must not stand still believing that it will all come right, we must plan, prepare and fight for the future.
It will not drop in our lap!
