Daz, where have I ridiculed anybody, I am arguing my point against their point, what is wrong with that mate, surely they can respond themselves, they are adults are they not.
You go on to say that I am spouting off, spouting off about what, I am disagreeing with scott and defending our manager for goodness sake.
So you are saying it`s okay for us to trash the manager verbally and shout the odds about him not knowing what he is doing, and that we should get rid, are you for real.
How would you feel if you were the manager reading what people are saying about you after such a short time, you would probably tell them to stick the job, am I right.
I have called nobody on here an idiot, a fool, clueless, or any other derogatory names, and I am certainly not aiming any malice towards scotty, I happen to love the banter.
What I don't like is people jumping the gun and condemning someone without giving them the chance and time they deserve.

VD, I like you enjoy the banter and would certainly not categorise you in the bigot camp. I certainly do not feel any malice thrown my way from you. I accept your "give the guy a chance position. No one wanted Smith to succeed more than me, however he has to take some responsibility, that's what management is all about in any walk of life. I object to some of his team selections and would have hoped that him and his experienced coaches could have plugged some of the "holes in the culinder" by now. So let's agree to disagree, rembering that i felt the same as you with Garde Dimatteo lambert bruce etc and "give them a chance and patience" has been knocked out of me. The aforementioned are all still wealthy men and we continue to suffer so let's show Deano are expections are not unreasonable.

Dave the ridiculing was not aimed at you mate. I said to you before I like some of your posts and you do put facts with your posts which I love. But the fact of the matter is this same team that is losing or drawing battered Derby and Boro in fact played them off the park how can we go from that to how we are now. Playing 2 holding midfielders and a lone striker come on bud everyone can see this is not working and why? Because Smith has changed it no-one else. You know I didn't want Smith in the 1st place I feel he is to inexperienced managing Walsall and Brentford is not a good CV in my honest opinion being a Villa fan doesn't mean he will bring success back to us. let's put it this way if you was the CEO of Villa and you sacked Bruce you had all the candidates in front of you experienced managers who have been there done that and managed big name players and then you have a man who has managed Walsall and Brentford who no disrespect to those clubs have let's say lesser name players who would you pick? Because I know who I would. Dave banter I love more than the next bloke but Brentford have finished below us we can't suffer another 2 or 3 seasons in this league it could ruin us mate players come and go managers come and go owners come and go but we pay our hard earned money to watch us we need the PL sooner rather than later and in my opinion Smith is not the answer.
