Finally got our tickets, my lad had to go to the ticket office . He said, lots of disgruntled people down there . Some had tickets ordered, but ended up with tickets missing . Others same as us, couldn't get on the site . One thing we have found out, when setting up account, the password is your Email address, that's why we haven't been able to get on . As others have been doing, when asked for password, we've been putting in fan i'd . They certainly don't make things easy .

I think it’s a disgrace that they are not on the season tickets.
