Rumours that we are putting together a £6m/£7m bid for N'zonzi from Stoke but they want £10m

A long story rumour but apparently Lee Congerton is being lined up to be our director of football.
1.) He only just Sunderland in March - can't see it. AGDVILLA
2.) When he has only been in position for 2 months? No chance! He has not even had one transfer window at Sunderland to prove his worth! And when Sunderland have a far bigger war chest than we do for the summer transfer window? Having a giraffe!
3.) I think we are in great danger if the rumours of a contract ban are true, we need investment, the more Lerner dailies the worse off we are going to get
4.) Can't believe I'm hearing stuff about bent and Hutton coming back into the squad and contract bans. How have we not been bought yet the way it's going championship football is a certainty.
5.) Yes all contract negotiations on hold till after any sale of the club.

I know there's a lot of Lerner haters on here but I personally can't see him selling to a Vincent tan/ Carson Yeung kind if bloke. He will do what's best for the club as a whole.
