So another week goes by the Small Heath people still wishing for Villa's takeover to fall through but unfortunately for them this won't now happen or indeed did it ever look likely to so the title of most idiotic sale in football history still remains firmly with the Birmingham simpleton's sale to Carson Yeung who is himself now a Villa legend.

Even with our relegation our fans can delight at the large amount of bluenose idiots that waste their time and trawl the Villa forums and newspaper stories in the hope of upsetting our fans with some badly thought out comment that usually leaves themselves with egg on their face, you would think that they would realize by now that our superior minded fans only gain pleasure from seeing how their own jealousy is eating away at them day after day driving them to despair, the trawling of our forums is nothing more than a cry for help and the first signs that distraught fans are desperate to abandon their bottom feeding club and join up with the mighty Villa .

With Villa now moving into a new era it once again looks like our city rivals will be left with faces like smacked arses and their tails between their legs, their future looks bleak and their intelligence stretched as they search for more words to say other than "the Vile and SOTV" with five word sentences a long way off as they look to face another century of living in our shadow.

I can tell you that life sure is sweet being a Villa fan, with blues having such a poor team as our city rivals no matter how low we sink the laugh is always on them and even after the worst season in our club history we were still good enough to knock blues out of the cup. We know as a club that it won't be long until we rise back to the top, unlike the Small Heath people who have themselves have only ever seen pictures of an FA Cup, they seem doomed like cat fish to a life scavenging around at the bottom. ;-)

So beautifully put.

2.) 06 Jun 2016 04:02:35
Um, i'm guessing you wouldn't fancy a ground share with them then?

Things have gone a little quiet, calm before the storm maybe?

I'm being told dr xia will get passed off on Tuesday. can't see us announcing manager before that now tbh.

2.) 29 May 2016 17:53:04
I've heard it could be another 2 weeks yet, we don't officially become a championship club till Tuesday, FA will then proceed with FPP, there are issues about members of his board namely Samuelson.

3.) 29 May 2016 21:01:21
the checks have been going on for about 6 days now and both the prem leagues and championship are working together so it covers both bases. will be done by end of next week latest but Tuesday is what I'm told.

I have every faith that this man will take our club back to the top within a few years.

I'm a 100% he will.

2.) 27 May 2016 14:46:14
I have to say Kingvilla i love your positive attitude regarding takeover and wish i felt the same. Can you share with us how you can be so sure about the new owner's intentions? And before anyone starts calling me a doubter or a negative Nancy, i am firmly sat on the fence waiting to see what happens with everything crossed!

3.) 27 May 2016 20:17:01
well I know a few people in China and I've also done over 12 hours research into the good dr and came across some very interesting documents and bits and bobs. this man is the real deal he is a multi billionaire and although he says it's him I feel there is definitely government involvement in some way and Jack ma who he is great friends with may be involved possible sponsor.

the plan as being reported is a global brand like many city have done with us as the main team. trust me when I say I feel in all honesty 100% we have a great future and trophys ahead.

4.) 27 May 2016 21:06:48
Not sure I'm happy about the chinese government being involved but the rest sounds very promising and I hope all your hard work is rewarded. And i know I've given you a bit of stick recently but i always look forward to reading your posts, good, bad or indifferent they are always entertaining. Keep up the good work buddy.

5.) 27 May 2016 21:47:19
The Chinese government are probably richer than God, it's probably good PR for them if 1 of their own makes a success of this, so let's enjoy the ride, hopefully next year we'll be buying Tekkers back off the Redscouse, Cahill on a free, Buffon in goal, the sky's the limit fellas, The Lotus Arena's going to be rockin' every other week, get Delph back to sweep the stands, hang a Trevor Francis effigy before every game, free Balti pies for all.

UTV.

6.) 27 May 2016 23:09:14
The reason I'm not happy with the Chinese government's involvement has nothing to do with finances and everything to do with their poor human rights record just to clear that up.

7.) 28 May 2016 06:56:21
Show me 1 100% ethical owner of any buisness, country or football club? Even charities are corrupt mate?

UTV.

8.) 28 May 2016 20:10:21
I appreciate your point allyp but i'm sure there are some and china are probably worst than most.

It doesn't matter which manager we end up with because the press will make it appear that he was our only option anyway, also it's astonishing that the press don't yet know for certain who will be our manager and yet they seem to know who our board members will be, When you consider that Mr Xia was reluctant to name candidates for the managerial job it is highly unlikely that he named potential board members!

Roll on the Euro's, then the press will turn their attention to ripping the England squad apart, don't you just love the incredible lengths the British press go to to create scandle to sell their papers.

The man as not even got is foot through the door yet so i suppose Hong Kong would be like it is over here with every newspaper and critic out to destroy him first or are other countries a little different to our own and allow the man to do something wrong first?

Also thinking further, if the press already know of these dodgy people's involvement then why are the not all over it reporting that the deal will fail, god knows they have jumped on absolutely everything else with a lot less evidence than this?

Hi Really aka class82, I must admit that I don't understand a lot of this behind the scenes stuff and it goes way over my head but my question is this, if Chris Samuelson and this Hitchens geezer are the dodgy characters that everyone seems to think that they are, then would they not be classed as a "Relevent Person" in this takeover as quoted below and therefore be denied involvement by the F. A. during their checks. Also Tony Xia must of also been aware of what the F. A. checks involved so why would he bring people like this onboard if it would mean that his takeover was doomed to fail. I am not taking sides on this due to a lack of my own knowledge but i really am confused by all of this and am interested to know.

The intention behind this Appendix 3 is to protect the image and integrity of The League and its competitions, the well-being of the Clubs, and the interests of all of the stakeholders in those Clubs, by preventing anyone who is subject to a 'Disqualifying Condition' being involved in or influencing the management or administration of a Club.

More specifically, Appendix 3:

(a) prohibits a person who is subject to a Disqualifying Condition from becoming a 'Relevant Person' for any Club for so long as the Disqualifying Condition subsists;

(b) requires a person who was already a Relevant Person before the Disqualifying Condition arose to stop being a Relevant Person for so long as the Disqualifying Condition subsists; and

(c) requires each Club not to permit any person who is subject to a Disqualifying Condition either become a Relevant Person or (if he was already a Relevant Person before the Disqualifying Condition arose) to continue to be a Relevant Person for the Club, for so long as the Disqualifying Condition subsists.

Appendix 3 also imposes reporting requirements on Clubs and on individuals who are or propose to be Relevant Persons of Clubs, to facilitate The League's policing and enforcement of these restrictions.

I think he is worth a try to help get us promoted providing he is fit enough, I'm not sure where he is in regards to his fitness levels but his dedication and commitment to the cause is unquestionable.

I agree Devlins, They say he said he doesn't want to slip down to the championship but i bet none of them have even spoke to him, i doubt he as even said anything to anyone and none of them even know for sure that he was offered the job. Just guess work by the press most of the time and just like they did with the buyers they switch and change there opinions constantly proving they actually have no facts, "St Andrews Times" is just one of many trash papers.

Now there coming up with this time frame for a manager, but they know already he won't appoint a manager until he his cleared to take ownership because surely he won't have any jurisdiction over club decisions until he is officially installed as owner.
