I have to agree with most of the guys on here.
Grealish is overhyped
His goal scoring record is poor for someone who gets into those attacking positions.
Think the captaincy is having a big effect, give it to Mings.

Just ask yourself this would you rather have Grealish, Maddison or mount and I guarantee less than 5% of honest football fans will choose Grealish
Nuff said.

I can because any genuine football fan ( taking off their villa cap) can see that technically, tactically that Maddison and mount are miles ahead of jack at this moment in time.
If he was as good as people make out then more teams than spurs would of been interested.

If we are taking about spurs, I think I would prefer to use pochettino as the barometer of jack's ability not self proffesed experts on here.

1. Mount and Madison are completely different so not sure why they are being compared to Jack. They are more about pace and directness. They are looking better in the teams they play for because the teams play to their strengths. Jack for me can pick out more precise/ difficult passes and can move the ball in tight spaces and draw fouls better.
2. Say what you like about Spurs being the only ones interested (not true, so we're Palace) bit at the end of the day we were Championship, they were Champions League so must be something for them to buy from lower league. Poch was also ready to drop his golden boy Dele Alli for him (who I think is the most overrated player in the league by far) .
