With the Edouard rumours coming round again (Started by Nixon in his Sunday round up, mentioning we are waiting for Celtic to make a decision on him), I found this in the comments to the tweet, from a Celtic fan:

"That's a hard one. He's quick, lovely touch, strong&a good finisher. Very complete already. Worry is outside of the top 6/ 7, forwards are expected to chase scraps&be a nuisance. That's not his game at all. Even as a Celtic fan, think he needs to move to a more competitive league. "

Now not having watched Edouard that much this is interesting, the guy makes a lot of sense and we all know the type of player he's talking about. Always thought Darren Bent would of scored 25+ a season for a top half team, finishing is top notch but not the sort of striker who chases lost causes and makes his own luck.

So if Edouard is that type, would he really suit us, no doubt he'd get 10 to 15 with the chances we'd create, but would he be able to push the 20 mark whilst we're fighting to establish ourselves in the Prem.

Edouard is the complete forward can use both feet. Strong and good in the air he can play as lone striker or in a pair.
With the supply from the wide areas and behind he could get 10-15 totally agree. Work rate at times can be sloppy but he could definitely do the job we need him to do and put the ball into the back of the net.
