Good evening Gentlemen.
Been unable to join in for the past few days and like yourselves I question Southgates decision to leave Jack out.
Most of the real footie fans that know about football are certainly curious about "the waistcoats" selection policy.
What does Jack have to do to get the managers nod? Obviously there are players that Southgate fancies to do a job and would see selecting Jack as being forced by the media to do so.
If we reflect back around 20 years we can find another, similar, situation.
When Ericson was England manager we told him and the media told him that he should include Gareth Barry but he steadfastly refused to do so.
He said that he could not put Barry in the side as he already had Gerard and his favourite Beckham. Beckham did not like Barry and he showed his dislike at VP when he kicked Barry in the air and got booked. As he walked away he went to Barry and had a rant that wasn't just a professional chat. It was quite close to the touchline and could be heard clearly.
I think Barry got a few selections and then the Swede got the elbow and the new manager was quite quick in giving Barry more than a nod.
Sometimes when a manager ignores the people he finds himself the loser.
Southgate rates Rice and Mount and probably sees Jack as competition fod them.
Neither had a game on Wednesday that stood out as anything more than 5 out of 10. Therefore if they get a selection for the next game then they will have to play blinders in the prem.
Personally I would like to see him walk the plank.
Who then would take the reins?
How about Pochetino?
Likes attacking play and is a motivator.
He also is a Jack fan.

So long as the FA don't look to the highest placed English manager, as they like to do.

Welcome back TOV. Sorry you weren’t able to post for a couple of days. Thank goodness your bail got sorted before the Leicester game 🤣.
