ED, Like you I was disappointed with yesterday's game, it certainly didn't live up to its billing. Your comments are obviously partisan biased are as honest as can be from a home supporter. One of your points that I do take issue with, you haven't lost at home for ages, do you really expect any team to come and take you on with attacking intent only to be picked off. Teams will come to defend you and rightly so. Teams have watched you struggle over the last four games in particular against the Albion, why then would any team now visiting Anfield not play in exactly the same way. You are used to winning and until recently rightly so, however your current form means what you saw yesterday from Man U is what you are going to get until you score more early goals forcing teams to expose themselves chasing the game.

Who would have thought that Man U would be top of the league at the halfway point of the season, after their 1-6 trouncing by Spurs, back in October.
Credit must go to Ole, for turning it around, and it would seem that he turned that negative into a positive.
However, it has to be said that whilst they are now difficult to score against and beat, they definitely aren’t a side that gets you off your seat.
So, it was no surprise really that they didn’t go out all guns blazing last night, now that they’ve found a formula that gets results.
If teams like Albion can keep the Liverpool attack at bay, and even our youngsters kept their first choice front 3 quiet for 45 minutes, then others are sure to follow suit.
Sane and Salah have crucified teams so often often with counter attacking football, and I agree Scotty they are going to have to get used to more and more sides deploying the same tactics against them.

If you can’t have a good manager, get a lucky one . Man U fans themselves have said that Ollie wasn't up to it . At the moment things are certainly going his way, besides all penalties.

My son-in -law is a real avid Liverpool supporter, and gets very annoyed at Liverpool`s ability to break teams down.
Parking the bus does not make you impregnable, 99% of the time class will usually tell, but its not.
As good as they are, something is not missing.
