So the rules say if a player makes a positive action on the ball, basically offside is negated. If that's the case, how come so many goals get ruled out when it skims off a defenders head or foot? Words can't express the disbelief! # WTF #MAKINGITUPASTHEYGOALONG #INCOMPETENTOFFICIALS
And now we wait for the obligatory Man Utd penalty to further confirm the obvious bias. 🤬.

Incompetent or favouring certain teams, or worse still taking back handers.
A great effort from the lads all the same. Coming into this game after a serious outbreak of C.V., against the form team, the last thing they needed was the ref and VAR giving City a helping hand as well.

It’s rubbish moose, there’s another rule in the same section literally a few lines below, that says if the offside player makes movement toward the ball before the defender touches it, then they are interfereing with play. Rodri is running at Mings and the ball the whole time it’s in the air, he’s offside, full stop.

As someone famously said "if they're not interfering with play, what are they doing on the pitch? "
