Unai should have the entire season to get this team moulded to how he wants them to play. I think it is quite likely that we won't qualify for Europe this season. I predicted a while ago that I thought we would finish around about 10th but given the fact that the spine of the team has been ripped apart that wouldn't be a bad season in my view.

We should only look to judge him next season when he's had a chance to work with the squad for a full season. Given the strength of the Premier League and the financial restrictions we are operating under I don't think that at present we can expect European qualification year in year out.

So he can keep his job if he takes us dwn which on form could happen,i can say he wont be at villa if we are still in bottom 3 without out a win come game week 20 not fans will get him out,i unai and hope he does turns it around but i dont think he will we havent got the players to turn it around the players we bought rnt better than the players we sold,which is more important staying in the prem or keeping unai sentiment means nothing staying the prem is the most important thing managers come n go,if were bottom with no wins at xmas and keep unai we deserve to go dwn.
