We need a commanding defender or 2, probably on loan (with a view to buy), why not rudiger from chelski, he needs regular football to stay in German squad and get a big move, we need cover till we sort something out in January or next summer (buy some time) so for me, the player wins and so do we and chelski, they contribute to his wages and we all crack on, just a thought.

I kinda agree with ya 82, I think Mings and Konsa going to serve us well for a few years though, just wish they’d cut out that passing it out from the box and accross the box, better teams than Sheff Utd woulda punished us, seems the holy grail of centre halves now is ball playing 1’s, give me Teale or Laursen any day of the week 👍🏻

Ah you remembered Shaun Teale there Allylp, good call, for me, apart from God, I was a massive fan of Dereck Mountfield, and of course Ugo, and lol things look better going back, but I measure every manager now by just how they measure up to Big Ron Atkinson and the excitement level he brought to the club, i 'm going to have to invent a time machine I reckon fella!
