Is football better without fans? I know I'm going to be hammered for this but Aston Villa have done a lot better since fans weren't allowed in. We was going down then you stop fans going in an all of a sudden not only we stay up but we have won 1st 4 games of the new season.

I think the pressure the fans put on their Club can sometimes make a team worse! The one thing that we should all have learnt from this is get behind your team no matter what otherwise your teams better off without you! Great result today again let's keep it going!

A very good analogy Walkies, and there could well be some truth in it mate, who knows.

You bet your life someone will.

It is clearly working for us, West Ham and probably Newcastle to an extent. 3 clubs with massively passionate fanbases who maybe think too much of their history.
I honestly think with the right support we now have a squad who should be pushing top half.

Traore will usurp Trez but both deserve props for tonight. Trez did the hard yards while both teams had legs and Traores vision for the counter opportunities showed why he has been in a champions league squad.

I think Bamford is a good example, the fella couldn’t hit a barn door last year now he’s 3 in 3. Some can’t take the pressure from fans.

That’s pretty much what I meant about Engels the other day, lay off the bloke which is easy as we can’t go the match lol, seems like Targett is the ‘straw man’ at the mo, I’ll repeat what I said a few weeks back about him too, he cost around £15M, Chelski payed over £50M for Chillwell, Targett ain’t the complete left back but he’s got room to improve

UTV.
