If your going to make stuff up at least make it sound accurate - Lerner dropped the asking price to 150 million so why would anyone be paying 180 million?

Not sure about the ex player and fan bit however Aston Villa have reportedly accepted a bid of £200 million from a Chinese source allegedly the chap who was looking to buy Southampton. Wang Jainlin is the guy's name. KPMG are currently carrying out an audit of the accounts presented by Deloittes. Tom Fox has admitted in the Express and Star that the takeover could hamper signings. I cannot disclose what I do for a living however the source is very good indeed.

Nope Randy Lerner did not tell me himself but as I'm sure you're aware the club has been up for sale for some time now and there was a lot of info in the media about RL lowering his asking price from 200 million to 150 million. The medias figures should never be taken as gospel but they are in the right ball park more often than not, and it was a wide spread story and not just a couple of lines in the back of the local rag.

O.K sorry to be rude, but please be patient as I can't name the two villa connected people at this moment. It may be this coming week they go public so not long to wait. I am sure they will reveal what was paid so no need to argue or to rely on made up newspaper articles.
