Seen rumours of Tosin from Chelsea, must admit wasn’t that keen, until my lad showed me his stats. Defensively he’s on a par with Konsa, certainly makes more tackles and %94 accuracy passing. Best of all he’s English, that’s needed for our quota in Europe, so overall stats and all he perhaps looks the part. UTV.

Does the rule that we can't trade with Chelsea until 42 days have elapsed since we sold Rogers to them, otherwise we don't get full value for the £117m on the BS as far as UEFA are concerned, not apply anymore?
