Does anyone think this was any good, if you do I'm worried.

No it wasn’t good but there have been plenty of games where we have been very good so no, I’m not worried.
2nd in the league. Last 16 in Conference. 4th round for first time in 8 years.

Come on scotty we are threw who cares about the performance, personally fa cup for me is not top priority for league and europe is top

We're going to have to get used to it Scot. It's very difficult to look amazing against a team with almost no ambition to play football.
We let them pass out 20 yards a little too easily at times, but we still had enough chances to score 3 or 4 quite easily.

The big frustration right now is that when we have less possession, we seem to convert a high proportion of our chances, but then fluff everything we create when we dominate.

Once again we kept at it till the end, how many times over the years have people said “united are never beaten till the final whistle” Carrick said he was proud of his team but really they done nothing except defend for about 80 mins of that game. in the end they got what they deserved, which is beaten. what was their hope? Hold us to a draw and get a replay at villa park where we haven’t lost in nearly a year?
Not once in that game did I think they might score here, teams that plant 11 behind the ball for 90 mins generally get beaten in the end, anything can happen in a cup game but generally you have to go for it if you want it to happen, their keeper made some great saves and we struck the post, and should of had a peno, all in all only 1 team deserved to win and that was us no matter what way you look at it.
it might not have being an entertaining game but I’m truly satisfied with the result and an end to a dreadful run in the competition, going well in 3 competitions so what more can we ask for…
