I was talking to a good friend of mine who is a rabid Spurs fan, he has heard a rumour that we have enquired about Sessegnon on loan with an option to buy. If true I think this would be a great signing as he can play left back or wide left which would give us options as we could move Jack inside or provide some real competition for Targett. However given the paper talk about Barkley and Loftus Cheek it might just be nonsense but if it is true even if it doesn't happen at least it shows we are targeting some real quality and you can see that the transfer policy is in line with the board's stated strategic intent and it's been a long time since we could say that.

Guys if I am wrong I apologise . I have checked the rules and it does say you can have 2 loans but I can’t find a specific reference to the number from other premier league clubs other than you can’t have 2 from the same club, (maybe I am not looking in the right place) But I can’t see over the last couple of years any premier league club loaning more than one player from another premier league clubs, which I accept of itself doesn’t prove my point but I would have thought if it were possible some of the smaller clubs that were promoted like Norwich, Fulham for example would have taken advantage of that possibility if it were available to them.
