Heard that Manzambi will be having medical on Thursday and hopefully signing announced Thursday or Friday.
Bouba is taking the number 8 now. Youri has gone and Manzambi taking his preferred 44.

Damian Vidagany saying Emi Martinez going nowhere this summer. Wait and see if it's true. Might as well keep him for rest of contract and let him go on a free if they are only receiving offers of less than 10 million Euros for him now which is virtually nothing even though he is still a class keeper.

3.) I can't see anyone else that we don't want to sell being sold. We were in a much worse position last year, and we only had to sell Ramsey. Even at that, we spent as much as we made on sales. We have way more money this year from the Champions League, player sales, and a new shirt sponsor.
It's going to cost anywhere from 20 to 50 million to get in a keeper good enough for the Premier and Champions League. Let him run his contract down; it's not worth selling him for 10 million.

After hearing Villa linked with Brentford striker Igor Thiago in Jan transfer, he definitely knows where the net is, big strong forward who could be ideal for the Villa. The only problem is with the amount that he's scoring he will cost a fortune but we definitely need another striker.
Unfortunately Watkins is having a mare of a season and Malen looks good when he comes on or starts but he's not an out and out striker plus we should always have options for every position

Sounds like the Garnacho loan deal is near enough done! Although it says with conditional obligation to buy, makes it sound like the same situation with Harvey Elliott so he might not get that many games.
Not keen on the player myself because I think he is too arrogant about his ability and too lazy off the ball, but if anyone can change him then Unai can.
If he disrupts the dressing room too much then I can see only one winner in that situation, a bit like Duran being shipped out.

I mean, why would you sit back and try to defend a 1-0 lead for over half an hour? Unbelievable, and the substitutions were laughable considering bringing on all those defenders and not being able to defend or stop crosses and headers in the box.

The amount of people on Twitter going mad about bidding for Taylor Harwood Bellis is unreal. I think we should buy him, because he is already a solid player, and once Unai has got hold of him for a bit, I think he will become a great player.
Don't forget he was the U21s captain when England won the Euros in '23, so he has good leadership skills and could even possibly be a future Villa captain once legendary SJM decides to hang up his boots.

Koopmeiners looks a really decent midfielder, he was great at Atalanta, but hasn't been used much at Juventus.
As long as Juventus doesn't try and use him as a swap deal for Emi Martinez.
