When I've watched us play against him, I don't know what it was, but I feared him, thought we wouldn't get past him, & looked dangerous going forward, shade of Bouma about him, 1 tough bloke, could see him being a cult player should we sign him. ?

They haven't ceased with Villa. They have just sold enough shares/voting rights that they each do not have enough percentage to make a decision without shareholder approval.
As there is now no person or business listed as having significant control, it means there are at least 4 investors with 25% or less each, and the investors are independent enough to not be assumed to take sides.
They could sell their shares to one of the others, but if that had already happened, then there would need to already be another name on Companies House.

Villa took a loan out in October to purchase land at Westwood Industrial Park by VP rumours have it its to rehouse the people by Doug Ellis stand so that we can expand and also for the new train station the loan is on Company House.

So Villa are seeking legal action against Carragher?
My take on it is for years him and the so called pundits of the so called big6 have ridiculed us tried to get players to leave and managers including Unai I'm glad Nasseff is seeking legal action it's a big middle finger to the so called establishment of football. We want to build but get punished every bloody season because of Carragher and co pushing their agenda against anyone who dares to break into their big 6 narrative. Newcastle Everton Villa Forest infact all the clubs behind the so called big 6 cant spend yet find every season they have to sell their best players to spend pushed by these so called expert pundits for their own self gratification.
Some fans from other clubs mainly the so called big6 are ridiculing us now because of this funny how it's these fans from the so called big 6 are doing this what they scared of?
Just remember this with out Villa, Notts County, etc etc you wouldn't have a football team to support!

Having an opinion is great if it's backed up by something. Some opinions are on the same lines as flat earthers.
Slating players after a loss to then say we should sign someone because they scored against Partick Thistle, or a European Club whose name looks like someone dropped the bag of Scrabble tiles, does not show football knowledge.
The league cup is below us now. Winning it only gets you into Conference League which is not a draw for players and actually costs a club more than it benefits.

I have to agree with Daz on this. this is a common trend Jonny, it usually ends up with you having to admit you were wrong and reaffirming your support of Emery and his methods. it was the league cup, he didn't care about it, even if we progressed to semi or final, those matches come at a bad time and usually around the same time as final 2 European league games in what is already a busy period, the priority after Christmas will be euro knockouts for the financial gains required to help our budget. my advice, learn to keep your powder dry and don't get so upset when our third choice team loses.

You are right in a way in saying we need CL football, but getting any European football is a must, albeit the Conference League. We are now below SCR regs, which is a good thing, and was needed badly, otherwise we would have been in the right dodo.
NWSE, DV and Emery are doing wonders on this. We have been spoilt over the last few seasons, so, if anyone has a moan about our transfer dealings, truly know nothing about football.

I hope it carries on maybe these so called pundits might think twice about slandering us as fans and a club. How many pundits from sky TNT and so on on are from clubs that are not from the so called Big 6?
It infuriates me that our owner our saviour stands up for us and some want us to drop it or call it embarrassing it's not it's called protecting your club the brand that is Aston Villa.
